Terms & Conditions of stay at 3@Marion Guesthouse

• The guest, by signing this document, warrants that he is authorised to sign for all persons in his party and binds them to the same terms and conditions. Failing such authority, he agrees to be personally liable for any cost arising from his own stay or that of any member of his party.
• The guest agrees to pay all amounts before departure and understands that he may be asked for interim-or pre-payments before and during his stay.
• The guest agrees that any items left behind after his departure, may be disposed off after one month’s notice.
• The guest agrees on his behalf and that of every member of his party, that neither the guesthouse, its owner, its employees or its agents shall be responsible for any injury or death of any person, or the loss or destruction of, or damage to, any property including vehicles, or any damage of any other kind, including but not limited to, economic loss from fire, theft, natural occurrences or any other cause, whether arising from negligence or wrongful act of any person in the employ of the guesthouse or company. The guest and every member of his party hereby waive any claim and hereby indemnify and hold harmless the guesthouse and any persons employed by the guesthouse. The guest agrees to this on behalf of all guests and invitees of guests.
• The guest chooses domiclium citandi et executandi for all purposes at the address set out above.
• The agreement constitutes the whole agreement between the parties and no warranties or representations, whether express or implied, not stated herein, shall be binding on the parties and no alterations hereto or waivers made shall be binding unless in writing and signed by 3@Marion Guesthouse.
