T&Cs PLEASE NOTE:

• A once-off conservation fee of R 80.00 per adult and R 50.00 per child (2-12 years) is payable upon exit of Dinokeng Game Reserve. A once off vehicle entrance fee of R50 per vehicle also applies.  
• This once-off fee is applicable to all guests entering the Reserve with a stay of longer than 1 hour in the Reserve and is payable upon exit at any of the Reserve gates or any PayPoint at lodges in the Game Reserve.
• Guests attending weddings and conferences, or only visiting restaurants (visits under 24 hours/day), only pay the vehicle entrance fee of R50 per vehicle.

The procedure is as follows:

Upon entering the Reserve guest will receive a ticket at the boom gate from the automatic ticket dispenser. Please keep this ticket for payment on exit or at any PayPoint.

Self-Drive Permits:

Self-drive permits are sold at the boom gates. If you would like to go on a self-drive in the Reserve, please ensure that you buy your permit when you enter the Reserve. Please note that Ritsako Game Lodge doesn't sell self-drive permits.

Terms & Conditions of Reservations:

• Children who are 8 or younger sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult.
• A reservation is not confirmed or secured until the deposit requirement has been paid in full. A deposit of 50% is required to secure your reservation. Payment must be made in full 24 hours after reservation and prior to arrival. Unfortunately, we do not accept cash, cheques or credit cards. All payments shall be made by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Proof of payment to be emailed to bookings@ritsakogl.co.za
• Please use your name & surname as your reference.
• A 10% handling fee applies to all international bookings
• A refundable deposit will be applicable to all self-catering bookings.

INDEMNITY FORM

General Indemnity

Whilst every care has taken by Ritsako Game Lodge to ensure the safety of guests and their possessions whilst enjoying our accommodation, Ritsako Game Lodge and the owners do not accept any liability in the event that any loss or damage to persons or property is experienced by a guest.

Valuables

Ritsako Game Lodge or the owners do not accept any liability of or damage to any valuables or property belongings to guests. It is therefore the sole responsibility of all guests to make arrangements for adequate insurance coverage on all valuable items prior to arrival at Ritsako Game Lodge. This includes but is not limited to, photographic equipment, laptops or other electronic devices, jewellery, cash and vehicles.

Swimming Pool

Any guest using the swimming pool and surrounding area are utilizing facilities entirely at their own risk and that they are fully aware that there are no lifesaving facilities of any nature provided and therefore indemnify Ritsako Game Lodge and the owners of this facility in full and shall have no claim of whatsoever nature against the Ritsako Game Lodge and the owners including any claim from any injury/ bodily harm/ death and or loss of property which could arise from the use of this facility.

Loss or Damage to Ritsako Game Lodge

Should Ritsako Game Lodge suffer any loss or damage as a result of an act or omission by a guest or visitor of a guest, the guest will remain liable for full reimbursement of such loss or damage incurred and will be billed accordingly.

Right of Admission Reserved

Ritsako Game Lodge at all times reserves the full right of admission and accepts no liability for any loss or damage that may result from the legal and reasonable except at designated smoking areas.

Smoking

For the comfort of our guests, Ritsako Game Lodge is a strictly non-smoking accommodation establishment except at designated smoking areas.

Minors

Minors are the sole responsibility of the parents, guardian(s) or the person or persons in whose care they are whilst at Ritsako Game Lodge or whilst using its facilities.
