• Zero refund if Cancellation is within 24-hours of check-in.
• On Pre-payment 100% refund if the cancellation is done 24-hours or more prior to the date of stay.
• Refunds on cancellation will be processed within 48-working hours.
• Full payment required before Check-in
• No Pets allowed in the establishment
• No Parties or Events
• Breakages will be charged to your final invoice
• Noise curfew always in place
• Lost keys will be charged to your final invoice
