Your booking was successful

1.You (our Guest) agree that you will pay us (the operator) the room rate for each day of your stay and any additional charges up until the time you advise that you have departed from our rooms.

2.You agree that any charges for services to you not billed at the time of your departure may be added to your account for settlement after your departure.

3.You agree that check out time and late departures may incur additional charges.

4.You acknowledge that you will be liable for the full amount of occupancy booked, and a refund will only be considered under extreme circumstances, and our discretion.

5.You agree that you have entered and making use of our premises or facilities are done so of your own risk.

6.Guests will be responsible for any damage caused to the Hotel room or any furnishings, fittings and equipment therein by any act or omission of the Guest, his/her invitee’s, subcontractors or Guest. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, The Gallagher Hotel reserves the right to make a charge to the Guest credit or debit card.

7. The Gallagher hotel reserves the right to charge guests the cost of replacing any items that are removed from the hotel by them without consent. The charge will be the full replacement amount of the missing item.
