INDEMNITY:

As a guest of Lanseria Country Estate, you enter this establishment at your own risk. Lanseria Country Estate, the Proprietor, its agents and/or employees are not liable to you for any claims for theft, injury, death, loss or damage suffered by you. You indemnify the Lanseria Country Estate, the Proprietor its agents and/or employees against any claims which may arise, as a result of your negligence, failure to follow instructions and risks that you have assumed.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK You acknowledge that you are aware of the possible risks of entering the establishment including, but not limited to:

PERSONAL INJURY AND OR DEATH: You accept and assume the risk of personal injury, death (drowning) and permanent disability when entering the establishment. We draw your attention to swimming pools and large bodies of water where you will be responsible for yourself and the safety of minor children. Furthermore, you acknowledge that there are animals on the property and you accept the risk of being injured by an animal. You must respect animal enclosures and maintain a safe distance from animals.

DAMAGES AND LOSS: You acknowledge the possibility of damage, theft or loss of personal belongings and motor vehicles which you may bring to the establishment and that you will be responsible if any damages or loss occur.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS AND INDEMNITY

By entering this establishment, you agree:

To waive any and all claims against Lanseria Country Estate, the Proprietor, its agents and/or employees in respect of the risks assumed and the indemnity provided herein.

Guests will be held liable for damages caused to units and property caused directly or indirectly by their actions, collection of costs for any damages will be for guests' account.

CANCELLATION POLICY

" All bookings are subject to acceptance of our cancellation policy:

Cancellations 0 to 7 days prior forfeit 100% of the total booking value.

Cancellations more than 8 days prior forfeit 50% of the total booking value.

NO shows forfeit 100% of the total booking value.

Any changes to bookings are subject to this cancellation policy.

No refunds will be entertained for early checkouts.

All cancellations must be done in writing. "
