Your booking was successful

• Guests that stay overnight should please note that the rooms should be vacated by 10:00 AM If not vacated, another day’s room tariff will be added to the guest’s account.
• No visitors are allowed on the premises. Please note that only guests that have paid and who Management has knowledge (and given approval) of may sleepover. We reserve the right to ask guests who do not follow this request to leave the premises immediately.
• The doors of the guest house open at 07:00 AM. At 18:00 the front door will be locked and the top door will stay open for guests until 21:00. Please enquire about later access.
• Arrangements for breakfast and dinner need to be made with the management the previous evening before 21:00
• Dinner will be served between 18:00 and 20:00, after which the dining room and kitchen will be closed. Feel free to continue socializing in the lounge area after 20:00.
• To ensure the best quality meals, no meal may be extended longer than 15 minutes from the arranged time after which it will be delivered to the room. We do not take responsibility for declining food quality after such time.
• Please be considerate towards other guests relating to, but not limited to, noise levels (television, chatter, or music).
• Please park your vehicle in the designated parking areas - please do not park in the private area in front of the outer rooms and garage.
• No glass will be allowed near the swimming pool area. If glass pieces are found in the swimming pool the client will be held liable and a penalty fee will be charged. Towels provided are not to leave the room- not for swimming.
• Management and staff hold the right to remove any person that shows inappropriate or acceptance.
• You need to bring your ID or driver's license (both occupants)  to check-in.
• NO SELF-CATERING, NO PERSONAL LIQUOR, AND NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN ROOMS

Terms and Conditions

• A 50% Deposit on this Quote/Invoice must be paid in 36 hours (if the booking is made 3 days or less before stay date), immediate payment is required to secure the accommodation for your requested term.
• Booking of a venue is only confirmed by the payment of a 50% deposit, 75% of the account must be paid 7 days before the function/event.
• Use your Quote/Invoice Number for EFT payments
• Mail proof of payment to finance@prinshofmanor.co.za
• Bookings will be confirmed only on receipt of a FULL payment 1-week prior to the event
• Changes in guests & requirements will be accommodated 7 days prior to the event and will only be accepted in writing.
• The deposit will be forfeited in case of an event is canceled 3 weeks or less from the date of the event or accommodation is canceled 7 days or less prior to the booked date.
• Any item not mentioned in this Invoice and requested by the client on visiting our venue will be invoiced separately
• You need to bring your ID or driver's license (both occupants) with you to check in.
